Schedule Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM 30-Minute Lunch OR Hours: 7:30 AM-3:30 PM or 4:00 PM Approximately 5 OR Days Per Month Approximately 7 Clinic Days Per Month 24-Hour Call Coverage Required Known Call Coverage December 23, 2026 at 7:00 AM-December 29, 2026 at 7:00 AM Patient Population / Volume Patient Population: All Ages Clinic Volume: Approximately 26-27 Patients Per Day Surgical Volume: Approximately 6 Cases Per Day 24-Hour Call: Approximately 0-2 Hours of Call Back Outpatient Surgery Includes All Ages Patients Requiring Admission May Be Transferred Clinical Responsibilities Provide General ENT Clinic Coverage Provide ENT Surgical / OR Coverage Evaluate and Treat ENT Patients Across All Age Groups Perform General ENT Procedures and Surgeries Provide 24-Hour ENT Call Coverage Respond to Call Back as Clinically Needed Required Procedures / Skills General ENT Procedures General ENT Surgery Preferred Procedures / Skills Parathyroid Procedures Cochlear Baha Procedures Support Staff Medical Assistants Clinical Support Assistants Requirements Board Certified OR Board Eligible in Otolaryngology - Required Pennsylvania License or IMLC - Required at Presentation DEA - Required ACLS - Required At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Otolaryngology - Required Credentialing Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 Days
