Quick Facts Location: 169 Martin Avenue, Ephrata, PA 17522 Start Date: 11/02/2026 End Date: 02/01/2027 Shift: Clinic hours 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch), 7:30 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM OT Schedule: 5 OR days/month, 7 clinic days/month; Dec 23 (7 AM) – Dec 29 (7 AM); 24-hour call (0-2 hours callback) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Temporary/Locum License/Certs: PA License or IMLC, DEA, ACLS Experience: 1+ years Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $332.58/hr Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 support team dedicated to your success What You’ll Do Provide outpatient and surgical ENT care across diverse patient populations Perform general ENT procedures including parathyroid and cochlear Baha (preferred) Support staff in managing patient flow and surgical schedules Manage clinic patients and coordinate with surgical teams Document patient encounters in EPIC EMR Participate in 24-hour call shifts with minimal on-call hours Support complex cases for all ages, including outpatient surgeries transferred to York What You Need Required: Active PA medical license or IMLC DEA certification ACLS certification 1+ year of ENT experience in a clinical setting Preferred: Comfortable with parathyroid procedures and cochlear Baha Experience with complex pediatric ENT cases About the Assignment This role involves supporting a multidisciplinary department in a well-established facility. You will provide outpatient ENT care and surgeries, managing a diverse spectrum of cases, including complex pediatric and adult populations.
