Quick Facts Location: 169 Martin Avenue, Ephrata, PA 17522 Start Date: 11/02/2026 End Date: 02/01/2027 Shift: Clinic hours 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch), approximately 7:30 AM 3:30 or 4:00 PM with overtime as needed Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: PA license or IMLC, DEA, ACLS, Board Certified or Eligible Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred Patient Care: Outpatient clinic, OR (5 days/month), 24-hour call (with 0-2 hours callback) Special Procedures: General ENT, parathyroid, cochlear Baha (preferred but not required) EMR: EPIC Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $332.58 Benefits: Competitive pay packages with weekly direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) included Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program and dedicated support team What You ll Do Provide outpatient ENT evaluation and treatment across a diverse patient population of all ages Perform general ENT procedures, including parathyroid and cochlear Baha when comfortable Manage complex cases such as spectrum disorders and high-acuity pediatric patients Support staff with medical assistants and clinical support assistants Participate in scheduled OR days and clinic hours, including 24-hour call with minimal callback Ensure accurate documentation using EPIC EMR system What You Need PA license or IMLC, DEA license Board Certification or Eligibility in Otolaryngology ACLS certification At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience Strong skills in general ENT procedures, management of pediatric patients, and complex cases About the Assignment This outpatient and OR-based ENT assignment offers a comprehensive scope within a supportive setting, ideal for physicians seeking a stable schedule with excellent work-life balance.
