Executive Assistant

The team focuses on addressing clients’ legal, financial, medical, and occupational needs to help restore quality of life. Attorneys and staff are committed to providing unmatched personal attention, clear legal guidance, and strong advocacy in and out of the courtroom. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Charleston County, SC. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to attorneys and firm leadership, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing case-related documents. Daily responsibilities include preparing litigation materials, client communications, maintaining client files, drafting and proofreading routine communications, and assisting with travel and scheduling logistics. The role also involves answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, liaising with clients and external partners, and ensuring that sensitive information is handled with discretion. The Executive Assistant will help streamline office operations, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced legal environment, and support the firm’s commitment to professional, attentive client service. Qualifications Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills to manage calendars, priorities, and high-level communications. Experience with Administrative Assistance, including document preparation, filing, office organization, and task coordination. Ability to prepare and reconcile Expense Reports with accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and client-focused approach. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar), and comfort learning legal or case management software. Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive client matters. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a law firm, legal office, or professional services setting is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
