Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical status and develop tailored treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient needs. This includes assessing mobility, strength, and functional limitations.

• Implement and supervise therapeutic exercises and interventions, ensuring that treatments align with best practices in rehabilitation.

• Maintain detailed documentation of each patient's progress, including evaluation results, treatment modifications, and outcomes achieved. This records management is crucial for continuity of care and billing purposes.

• Work closely with physical therapy assistants (PTAs) and other support staff, offering guidance and supervision to optimize treatment delivery.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to create comprehensive care plans that address all aspects of a patient's health.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.

Compensation and Benefits
