Own Your Probate & Trusts Practice - Partner Track

Associate Attorney - Partnership Track: 5-7 years of experience in Probate and Trust administration and Estate Planning. A portable book of business is required. The position will include handling the administration of Trusts and Estates from inception to completion, reviewing and drafting Trust and Probate administration documents and other related documents. The position will also include the drafting of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives and other appropriate estate planning documents. In addition, the attorney will review estate planning documents drafted internally by other attorneys and paralegals. Legal research is required regarding probate, estate planning issues, taxes, and related areas. We require an attorney who can work independently to produce results. However, the best candidate will also be effective working collaboratively. In addition, the attorney will be encouraged to grow their own practice in these areas. A desire to “own” their cases, and to show initiative is a must. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and cultivate those relationships. Salary The exact salary is dependent upon a number of factors including experience and portable business. This position is a long term growth position and is partnership track.
