Your Role's Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, initiating diagnostic tests, and crafting tailored care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions independently or in consultation with physicians based on credentials
• Instructing patients and families on preventive care, wellness, and effective disease management

Essential Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Certifications Required

• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or a relevant specialty
