About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) to join their dynamic team. The role also involves budget planning and management, as well as driving the design and running of various meeting cadences. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with at least 10 years' of customer operations business experience or in a post-sales role. A minimum of 5 years' in project or program management, and demonstrated senior-level leadership experience in customer and business operations within a SaaS or technology company, are also required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
