HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to support a broad range of human resources functions including employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. This role is ideal for a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys partnering with employees and leadership to create a positive and productive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers. Administer employee benefits programs, enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Coordinate performance review processes and assist with employee development initiatives. Process personnel actions, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers. Assist with policy development, implementation, and communication. Support payroll coordination and ensure HR data integrity within HRIS systems. Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding programs. Participate in HR projects and initiatives designed to improve employee engagement and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3+ years of Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist or similar role. Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Experience with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification preferred. Preferred Experience Multi-state employment law knowledge. Experience supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives. Exposure to payroll processes and HR reporting. Experience in a fast-paced, growing organization.
