About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Revenue Operations to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational leadership of the organization. The successful candidate will be the primary partner and proxy for the Chief Growth Officer, driving cross-functional alignment and execution across various business functions. This includes establishing and maintaining the company's go-to-market operating rhythm, leading core GTM execution, and managing a lean team to elevate RevOps from a tactical function to a strategic growth driver. The role demands a professional with a strong background in consulting and RevOps, at least 7 years' experience, and a proven track record in areas such as pricing strategy, discounting analysis, and deal economics. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff for Revenue Operations at the company include executive leadership, operational cadence, and governance, as well as strategic pricing and commercial analytics. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in data unification, and infrastructure mastery, and be adept at turning complex datasets into actionable insights. They will also be responsible for full-lifecycle data unification, HubSpot logic, and executive insights, and will lead the team in process standardization and product-to-revenue acceleration. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA strongly preferred, and the candidate should be well-versed in multi-route GTM motions. The role is critical for the company's mission to deliver exceptional interactions and accelerate growth in the AI-driven world.
