About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Enterprise AI & Data Science. This pivotal role involves serving as a strategic partner to the VP of AI & Data Science, orchestrating various initiatives including strategic planning, portfolio management, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving departmental priorities, shaping annual operating rhythms, and managing the day-to-day execution of departmental strategy. Key responsibilities also include owning agenda planning for leadership meetings, serving as a liaison across AI & Data Science leaders, and supporting organizational operations such as internal communications, cultural rituals, and organizational design activities. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree in strategy or management. The ideal candidate will have a background in life sciences, biotech, or AI/data-driven organizations, and possess exceptional executive presence, judgment, and communication skills. A proven track record in leading strategic initiatives, expertise in executive-level presentation, and a high level of emotional intelligence are also key qualifications. The role requires a professional who can operate with agility, is adept at change management, and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
