Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' histories of substance abuse and related mental health concerns, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying mental health issues, using a client-centered approach.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), fostering a supportive environment for recovery.

• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team, including physicians, social workers, and support staff, to align care strategies and optimize client outcomes.

• Provide education and support to clients' families, emphasizing the importance of their involvement in the recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Counselor, specifically as LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n
