Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and design personalized therapy approaches to assist patients in reaching their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor capabilities, cognitive functions, and everyday tasks.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques to support continued recovery at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Goals: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary modifications to treatment plans to keep patients progressing toward their goals.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or postgraduate certifications.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Mandatory NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification.
