Build and grow a personal portfolio of clients through trust-based interactions, referrals, and ongoing relationship management. Participate in virtual training programs, coaching sessions, and mentorship opportunities to continuously improve performance and product knowledge. Manage daily activities independently in a remote work environment while meeting productivity and sales objectives. Maintain professionalism, compliance, and accurate documentation throughout the client engagement and onboarding process. Willingness to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License with company-provided guidance and training. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside within eligible states.
