What You Will Be Doing As a full‑time Retail Sales Consultant you will: Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues. Be a passionate guest advocate, connecting with guests in an authentic way and having fun doing it. Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need. Create personal connections with guests to make technology simple. Foster a competitive drive and thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment. Assist with merchandising and operational functions. All benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of the plan document or insurance policy. Average annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate are provided during the first 60 days. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Sick time required by state or local law will reduce PTO accrual accordingly. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. At least 18 years of age. Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date, which may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
