Working Shift : Onsite

3 weeks training (Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM)

After training: One of these shifts;

Thurs - Mon : 7am - 4pm

Thurs - Mon : 8am - 5pm

Thurs - Mon : 2pm - 11pm

Tues - Sat : 2pm - 11pm

 

Must Haves:

 

• Excellent communication skills
• 6+ months of experience in the retail or hospitality industries
• Ability to handle high call volume
• Data entry and documentation experience
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Own cell phone or personal device (authenticate in)

• Reservation booking experience

 

Day to Day:

 

• Handle 80- 100 inbound calls per day
• Contact hotels to secure requested reservations
• Confirm direct billing/payment arrangements
• Enter reservation data accurately into internal systems
• Resolve customer and booking issues via phone
• Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams
• Complete assigned tasks on schedule

Insight Global is looking for a Travel Support Center (TSC) Specialist supporting a company's lodging division in Lexington, KY. In the role, the candidate will manage a large number of hotel reservation requests each day. During each outbound call, the TSC Specialist is responsible for calling the clients requested hotel, making the reservation with the appropriate client information, and ensuring that the payment is directly billed. The TSC Specialist is responsible for accurately entering information into their reservation system. The Specialist is expected to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of issues over the phone while working at a quick pace. You will report directly to the TSC Manager and regularly collaborate with team leads
