Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs, emotions, and behaviors, which will inform personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to support clients in navigating their mental health challenges.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records, adhering to all regulations and standards for patient care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the provision of holistic care that addresses the comprehensive needs of clients.
• Provide psychoeducation and support to patients and their families, assisting them in understanding the care processes and available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW, you will be primarily focused on serving clients with serious, life-altering conditions, often navigating complex emotions associated with end-of-life issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of California is essential for this position.

Compensation and Benefits
