Registered Nurse – Hospice

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

• Strong clinical skills
• Experience in symptom management
• Ability to lead an interdisciplinary team

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients and their families.
• Assist patients in identifying personal goals of care and support caregivers.
• Conduct thorough assessments and employ critical thinking skills in patient management.
• Manage an assigned caseload of patients in various settings, including private homes and care facilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care delivery.
