General Dentist (Pediatric Experience Preferred)On behalf of our client, R.S.M.C. Services are seeking a passionate and patient-focused General Dentist with pediatric experience to join a well-established practice in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. This opportunity is available as Locum or Permanent, with strong clinical support, mentorship, and competitive compensation.Compensation: $1,100/day or up to 30% of production (whichever is higher)Position Details:Locum: No travel or lodging expenses coveredPermanent: Relocation assistance availableResponsibilities:Help children and parents develop excellent oral health habitsLead and collaborate with an engaged dental care teamDiagnose conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plansProvide high-quality pediatric-focused dental careCoordinate referrals to dental specialists as neededMaintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centered clinical environmentComply with all state, federal, and regulatory requirementsRequirements:Active dental license issued by the State Board of Dental ExaminersBoard eligibility or certification with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (preferred)Experience and passion for treating pediatric patientsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDesire for professional growth and continuous learningExcellent organizational skillsSolid clinical knowledge of general dentistryTypical Day:Approximately 12 operative patients, including:SSCs, NuSmile anterior crowns, composite restorationsSpace maintainers, extractionsProtective stabilization, Nitrous Oxide administrationEmergency visits and sedation dentistry (primarily NO, OCS, behavior management, with potential for limited GA days)Approximately 25 hygiene examsFoster a supportive learning environment for doctors, patients, and dental professionalsBenefits:Mentorship and clinical education from experienced clinical leadersUp to $1,500 per year in CE reimbursementReimbursement for state-required licenses and certificationsMedical, dental, vision, retirement savings, disability, and more
