This role requires an agile marketer who can seamlessly shift between plan coordination and hands-on execution across any marketing discipline. We are looking for an agile marketer who combines creative thinking with strong analytical skills to manage dealer and agency relationships. This role is pivotal in promoting CASE Construction products, services, and values to diverse customer segments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement integrated marketing strategies that promote CASE Construction Equipment products and services across marketing channelsLead cross-functional teams on brand-building initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Support strategic planning and budgeting for marketing initiatives, ensuring resource alignment with brand prioritiesCollaborate with internal teams—including product marketing, network development, finance, sales, and communicationsTrack, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize future marketing effortsManage relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality execution of marketing projectsAdapt global strategies to regional market, working closely with the global teams to achieve brand initiativesEnsure brand guidelines are upheld across all customer touchpoints, internal communications, and external materialsExperience RequiredBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus10+ years of experience in brand marketing or related roles, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors10+ years of experience in integrated marketing and digital strategy#LI-JB1Preferred QualificationsPay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is USD $137,475,000.00 - $210,795,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location.
