What You Bring 5+ years of HR management experience in manufacturing or industrial settings. Experience creating Pivot Tables from scratch to be used for labor budgeting. Expertise in payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations . Solid grasp of employment law and compliance . Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced degree or certification preferred).
