Job Opportunity: Experienced Accountant Key Responsibilities Accounting Operations: Manage all aspects of accounting operations, adhering to established accounting principles. Budget and Forecasts: Prepare budgets and financial forecasts to guide financial planning. Financial Statements: Publish timely and accurate financial statements. Closing Processes: Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes. Account Analysis: Collect, analyze, and summarize account information. Tax Preparation: Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, and manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements. Management Reporting: Develop periodic reports for management review. Financial Audits: Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures. Data Security: Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information with regular database backups. Compliance: Stay updated with financial policies, regulations, and legislation. Required Skills Experience: Proven experience as a cost accountant or in a similar accounting role. Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures. Software Proficiency: Excellent user of accounting software. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality. Education: Advanced degree in Accounting. Certifications: CPA or CMA preferred.
