Associate Attorney

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Associate Attorney with at least two years of transactional legal experience to join the team at a highly respected law firm based in New Hyde Park, New York! This is a tremendous opportunity to consider a new and exciting position at a busy and collegial healthcare law practice! The firm represents members of the healthcare industry (including physicians, healthcare providers, and health-related businesses), and other types of small and medium-sized businesses. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week onsite in New Hyde Park, and 2 days remote.
DUTIES & DETAILS
Prepare and negotiate corporate and transactional documents, such as asset and stock purchase agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholders agreements, management agreements, employment agreements, and settlement agreements Assist in the structuring of transactions within complex regulatory environments, including mergers and acquisitions, and deals involving private equity and venture capital investment Proactively handle and manage transactional projects from beginning to end Collaboratively counsel clients, providing exceptional client service and demonstrating strong legal and business judgmentEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
