This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated capital markets transactions while advising underwriters, issuers, and placement agents on a broad range of public and private securities offerings. The ideal candidate will have strong capital markets experience, excellent drafting and transactional skills, and an active Texas Bar license.
