Strategic HR Generalist - Talent, Benefits, Compliance
Village of North Palm Beach (FL)
The Village of North Palm Beach (FL) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist who will coordinate various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with regulations. The role demands a keen understanding of HR laws and procedures. The ideal candidate should possess at least an Associate's degree in HR or a related field, with a Bachelor’s preferred, and a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
