Legal Intake Coordinator - Personal Injury

Speaks Law Firm is seeking a full-time  Legal Intake Coordinator  to join our legal team. The Intake Coordinator plays a crucial role in the client onboarding process and contributes to ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all clients. This role requires handling a high volume of phone calls. Must be able to work flexible hours on evenings and weekends from 5pm - 11pm. This is a remote position and candidates must currently reside in North Carolina.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Respond to all client inquiries by phone, email, chat, etc. in a timely manner
• Engage in warm and professional conversations with potential clients
• Build rapport, establish trust, and ensure clients feel heard and understood while walking them through the intake assessment
• Effectively communicate the firm’s vision, mission, and core values to potential clients
• Set up new client case files in CSM
• Confirm receipt of all relevant documents (i.e., legal documents, medical records, billing records, lien information)
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and information in our database
• Assist with documentation, data analysis, conversion rates, and client referrals
• Responsible for Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and subsequent reporting
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the client and their case to facilitate efficient case management
• All other duties as assigned  

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience required 
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a law firm preferably personal injury preferred
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• Experience with SmartAdvocate a plus
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
• Attention to detail and a bility to multitask while handling a high volume of phone calls
• Must have a passion for customer service and advocating for our clients

Compensation:
The is a full-time hourly position starting at $19 depending on experience.
