Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver family medicine care, managing a caseload of 16-20 patients daily.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Engage in thorough patient evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize Spanish language skills to enhance patient communication, if applicable.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with federal and state laws.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws.

Qualifications :

• Active Nurse Practitioner license and New York state licensure.
• Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
