Accounts Payable SpecialistWe are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support a construction industry team in Toledo, Ohio. The person in this role will help maintain efficient invoice processing, payment activity, and vendor support while contributing to daily operations during a period of organizational change.Responsibilities:• Review and process vendor invoices with careful attention to account coding, supporting documentation, and payment accuracy.• Manage accounts payable transactions, including ACH activity and check runs, to help ensure timely and accurate disbursements.• Organize and maintain payable records, correspondence, and approvals using tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
