Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist in specimen retrieval, ensuring proper preparation of samples for analysis when needed.
• Meticulously document procedural workflows, mentor new team members or students, and help uphold high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe workspace while adhering to industry regulations and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Undergraduate degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health qualification combined with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of employment.
