Key Responsibilities\n

• Work as an Independent Contractor, maintaining the autonomy that comes from managing your own practice while being supported by a robust organizational framework.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of senior clients’ needs, utilizing evidence-based methods to inform treatment strategies.

• Research and provide resources tailored to each client’s unique requirements, including referrals to external services as needed.
\n
• Deliver compassionate counseling and psychotherapy sessions for adults and senior clients, helping them navigate emotional and psychological challenges.

• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring that records meet both legal and ethical guidelines while facilitating future therapeutic decisions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create an integrated care approach, enhancing overall client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your main focus will be on working with a diverse group of adult and senior clients, many of whom face challenges related to mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other life changes. You will be instrumental in providing them with thoughtful, personalized care that respects their dignity and unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong proficiency in computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Compensation and Benefits\n
