About US Automotive Inc.

US Automotive Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Springfield, MO to grow its fleet, diesel, automotive, RV, and commercial service business.

This position focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses and customers who need ongoing maintenance and repair services.

With the Springfield operation expanding from 16 to 32 bays, this role offers an opportunity to help develop new business as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with fleet and commercial accounts
• Build business with automotive, diesel, and RV service customers
• Identify opportunities to grow long-term customer partnerships
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective accounts
• Use a consultative approach to understand customer maintenance and repair needs
• Represent US Automotive Inc. professionally with local businesses and customers

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience preferred
• Automotive, fleet, diesel, RV, or commercial service experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Consultative sales skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Professional and dependable approach to customer relationships

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,000–$1,250 weekly base pay
