This is a hands-on position where you'll have the opportunity to learn a variety of production and assembly functions while working in a stable environment that values work-life balance. Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM Flexible scheduling options may be available: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Tuesday - Friday schedule Pay: $19.00 per hour Responsibilities:

- Gather and inspect materials used in production.
- Assemble mattresses, cushions, slings, wheelchairs, clinical care recliners, and other manufactured products.
- Operate machinery, hand tools, power tools, and adhesives as needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Package completed products for shipment.
- Assist with general production, assembly, and warehouse tasks as assigned.
