Customer Care SpecialistAbout the Role
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Care Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients with their insurance needs while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential and full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients interested in our insurance products.
- Assist customers in selecting insurance coverage that best fits their needs and goals.
- Work with company-provided leads - no cold calling or door-to-door sales required.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
- Complete required training and obtain your insurance license.
- Participate in self-paced virtual training and ongoing professional development.
- Represent company values of integrity, transparency, diversity, and commitment in every interaction.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Full-time availability with flexibility in scheduling.
- Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer support.
- No prior experience required - training and support will be provided.
