Remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Rep

A customer service company is looking for a Bi-lingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to work remotely. You will be responsible for connecting with customers through various platforms to resolve inquiries, de-escalating issues, and tracking call-related information. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in Spanish and English, have at least 6 months of customer service experience, and be comfortable using desktop computer systems.
