Bilingual Customer Support Representative

Providing exceptional support to international clients, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Representative will manage customer inquiries, assist healthcare professionals, and collaborate with internal teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Provide timely and accurate information to international customers and internal teams via various communication channels Manage a high volume of international customer accounts and resolve inquiries and issues promptly Document customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively Required qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish Two-year degree and/or a minimum of 4 years of related experience, with an undergraduate degree preferred Previous customer service experience, ideally in the healthcare, biotechnology, or diagnostics industry Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
