Requirements

Responsibilities

• Show vehicles to guests, using your product knowledge and presentation skills
• Answer calls, set up appointments, and help customers with their purchases
• Reply quickly to online questions from customers
• Gather customer information for your manager, following company guidelines
• Explain any service needs and provide support after the sale
• Help customers with their purchases and explain financing or leasing options
• Follow up with interested buyers and invite them to visit the dealership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer literacy is required
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate self‑motivation
• Willingness to pursue ongoing training and sales skill development
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that permits operation of customer and company vehicles
