Senior Marketing Director

Leading a high-impact internal team, the full-time Senior Marketing Director will focus on demand generation, customer marketing, and product marketing while leveraging AI and automation to drive measurable growth in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a focused demand generation engine to create a qualified pipeline and improve engagement with Sales and Account Management Develop customer marketing strategies to drive adoption, expansion, and advocacy within the existing customer base Own product marketing efforts, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for the fiber management platform Required Qualifications 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with significant leadership responsibility Experience in vertical SaaS, telecom, broadband, or complex technical markets preferred Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline within a defined enterprise or mid-market ICP Strong product marketing capabilities for sophisticated SaaS or technology platforms Experience leading a lean internal team while managing external partners and agencies effectively
