Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice management and payment tracking
• Work closely with a third-party accounting firm to answer questions and provide expense and invoice support
• Generate and distribute daily operational reports through the ERP system
• Support general office operations including ordering supplies and assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:
• 5+ years of bookkeeping, AP/AR, or general accounting experience
• Experience working within an ERP system; manufacturing experience is a plus
• Reliable, organized professional with strong communication skills and attention to detail
