Job posting : Client Acquisition Manager Job Location : Atlanta, GA Company : VDart Group Position Overview VDart Group is seeking a Client Acquisition Manager to join our Atlanta team and drive new client growth. This is a business development role focused on identifying, developing, and securing new client relationships in Non-IT, Customer Service areas. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who is comfortable prospecting, engaging decision-makers, developing opportunities, and managing the sales process from initial outreach through contract execution. The Client Acquisition Manager will work closely with VDart’s recruiting and delivery teams to understand client needs, develop staffing solutions, and successfully launch new accounts. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new client opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, and market research. Build relationships with key decision-makers across HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Technology, Operations, and business leadership. Conduct discovery meetings to understand client priorities, workforce needs, hiring challenges, and upcoming initiatives. Position VDart’s staffing and workforce solutions based on client requirements. Manage the full business development lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through proposals, negotiations, contracting, and account launch. Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities. Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings and actively develop relationships within the Atlanta business community. Partner with Executive Team to develop staffing solutions and respond effectively to client opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, activities, and next steps. Meet or exceed established goals for client meetings, pipeline development, new accounts, and revenue. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, staffing, professional services, in Non-IT, Customer Service or a related field preferred. Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop relationships, and generate new business opportunities. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Confidence engaging with decision-makers and senior-level stakeholders. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Experience with CRM and sales prospecting platforms.
