Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Experience working in schools as a paraprofessional (or similar student support role)
• Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and diverse student needs
• Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
• Strong communication, patience, and adaptability in classroom settings
• Commitment to creating inclusive, safe, and positive learning experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to students under the direction of certified teachers
• Offer individualized or group academic and behavioral assistance as assigned
• Help manage classroom environments and reinforce positive student behaviors
• Support students with tasks, classroom activities, or mobility as needed
• Contribute to documentation and communication regarding student progress
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
