Project ManagerThe Project Manager oversees electrical and mission-critical construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations. This role collaborates with field teams, clients, subcontractors, and company leadership to drive successful project outcomes while supporting business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and closeout.Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project milestones and customer expectations.Lead project meetings and provide direction to superintendents, foremen, and field personnel across multiple projects.Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.Monitor project performance, financial results, safety compliance, and quality standards.Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future business.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
