Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Company seeks a high-level Executive Assistant to serve as principal support to the Chief Executive Officer, who also serves as principal of a single-family office. This position requires the judgment of a business partner and the execution capability of an operator. Responsible for a demanding calendar spanning business, investment, philanthropic, and personal commitments; leadership and oversight of a three-person support team; and independent ownership of projects from initiation through completion. The position provides visibility across the enterprise operating companies, investments, real estate holdings, and the family's personal affairs. Responsibilities: Manage a complex and dynamic executive calendar, ensuring optimal prioritization and alignment with business objectives Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three administrative professionals; drive performance, accountability, and career development Meeting preparation Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/MBA or advanced degree preferred Astute communication skills; oral and written A demonstrated history of long-term, dedicated support to a CEO or senior executive Minimum eight years supporting a C-level executive, principal, or family office; experience with a high-net-worth individual strongly preferred Demonstrated experience managing or supervising support staff Schedule: Standard business hours with flexibility In office five days a week Compensation: The anticipated hiring range for this position is $165,000-$200,000. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, depth of experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. In exceptional circumstances, compensation above the target hiring range may be considered for candidates who bring significant executive-level experience and expertise.
