When a parent is overwhelmed, a child needs an urgent reschedule, or a clinic is juggling 30 moving pieces at once… you’re the one who turns stress into solutions. This is a full-time, in-center position with a schedule of 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM . You’ll primarily work from our Chicago (Bucktown), IL location. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent in the community building relationships. Compensation ranges from $21-25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. What You'll Do Family Experience & Operations Be the go-to support for families (schedule changes, questions, updates) Turn cancellations into makeups and keep schedules running smoothly Make real-time adjustments as things shift Partner with Clinical Directors and therapists Keep the clinic organized, stocked, and running efficiently Marketing & Growth (≈50%) Support local outreach efforts (schools, events, community partners) Help coordinate and host tours for prospective families Assist with center events and family engagement initiatives Drive online reputation (reviews, testimonials, family follow-ups) Partner with leadership on simple, high-impact marketing efforts Be the face of the center in the community Why You’ll Love Working Here You’re not just managing logistics — you’re shaping a family’s entire experience of therapy.
