Client Contact Coordinator, Immediate Openings

The Dorne Region is adding a Client Contact Coordinator in Chicago. This full-time, on-site opportunity is for someone who enjoys staying connected with people, managing details, and helping make the next step feel simple. You will: Start professional client conversations. Clarify questions about the process and next steps. Organize notes and coordinate appointments. Maintain consistent follow-up with care. You do not need prior insurance experience or a degree. Training, examples, and coaching are provided so you can learn the role with a repeatable process. Candidates with experience in service, hospitality, retail, recruiting, fitness, or customer support are encouraged to apply.
