Bilingual Case Manager & Community Resource Specialist

OUR Center in Longmont, Colorado is seeking a Resource Specialist responsible for building relationships with participants and assisting them toward self-sufficiency. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience in case management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with strong communication skills in English and Spanish. Duties include engaging with participants, coordinating service plans, and collaborating with community partners to provide necessary resources.
