ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked for another State Farm agent and also gained experience with another insurance company. Those experiences helped shape my customer-focused and education-first approach to serving clients.

I'm married with two children and value building both a strong business and a strong family life. I stay heavily involved in the community as a Boys & Girls Club board member, Orrville Rotary Club member, and President of the Orrville Community Development Corporation. Giving back and helping the local community grow is something I care deeply about.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Justin Haislip - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
