What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations : Maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of the property. Handle general repairs : Ensure everything runs smoothly. Prepare apartments for new tenants : Create a welcoming and comfortable living space. Conduct preventive maintenance : Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents. Skills and Qualifications Knowledge : 1+ years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Hands‑On : Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease. Certified : HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus. Schedule : On‑call duty rotation required. Trustworthy : Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
