The Role

Support apartment and multifamily communities across the Charlotte area with on-demand service. You’ll respond the same day to urgent requests, bring issues under control fast, and keep properties running smoothly.

What You’ll Tackle

• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance
• Rapid response to on-call assignments and short-notice requests
• Independent work in the field with efficient task management
• Professional, courteous service for residents, site teams, and managers

• Experience in apartment, multifamily, or broader property maintenance
• Proven diagnostic skills and a get-it-done approach
• Reliability, self-motivation, and pride in quality workmanship
