Quality Control Engineer - Thailand

Job Requirements

• Associate degree or above, preferably in relevant majors such as mechanical engineering and quality management.
• At least 2 years of work experience in quality management, preferably with experience in quality control in manufacturing enterprises.
• Be able to read mechanical drawings and proficiently use various measuring tools.
• Priority will be given to those with Chinese communication skills.
• Be proactive in work, have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit. Job Overview

Be responsible for quality control and management in the factory's production process, ensure that products meet relevant standards and customer requirements, and promote the effective operation of the quality management system. Job Responsibilities

• Organize internal quality audits and management reviews, track the rectification of non - conformities, and promote the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
• Conduct strict inspections and acceptance of raw materials and components. Communicate with suppliers to handle incoming material quality issues and promote suppliers to improve quality.
• Supervise quality control in the production process and analyze quality data. Inspect each production process to promptly identify and solve quality problems.
• Conduct final inspections and tests on finished products and issue finished product inspection reports.
• Summarize quality problems feedback from customers and promote the continuous improvement of the company's product quality.
