Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to assess clients’ mental health concerns, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses, and developing personalized treatment plans that reflect best practices and client goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients encountering acute mental health crises, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering rigorously to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client.

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Cape Hope Counseling Center, you will primarily serve a diverse client population, addressing a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
